She goes way to fast for people who are just starting. She should do one move pause than make the next move slow pause like two or three times than ignite!

She’s not explaining this step very well. It’s a small forward kick with your non-stepping foot, then it’s a step back, forwards, or to the side. You can sort of see her kick on the end segment with music, but normally it’s a bit bigger than that.
