Bill and Bobbie Irvine, from Scotland, were 7 times World Champions in Ballroom Dancing. They won their titles in 1960, 1962-1965, 1967-1968
Bill and Bobbie also belonged to the Latin American Dancing elite. They were World Champions in 1960-1961 and in 1966 and 1968.

Rudolf and Mechtild Trautz, from Germany, were 4 times World Champions in Latin American Dancing. They won their first titel in 1967 in Melbourne, Australia, became second in 1968, and again won the World Championship in 1969, 1970 and 1971. They were also European and German Champions.
Rudolf and Mechtild also belonged to the Ballroom elite in the late ‘60 early ‘70 and became second in the World Championship Ballroom in 1971.
